My twenty years of experience in Indiana Education and background in technology allow me a unique bridge between the education and technology worlds. I am Pioneer Regional School Corporation’s Technology Supervisor and Coach/Google Certified Educator. During my time with Pioneer’s staff, I have assisted in the conversion of Pioneer Elementary School to a wireless environment. This project included the distribution, setup and management of Macbooks and iPads for elementary teachers and staff. I provide training to staff that allowes them to smoothly integrate new technology into their classroom. In addition, I provide ongoing technology training to teachers and staff throughout the school year and summer. Though the efforts of our small technology team, we have implemented a successful 1:1 iPad initiative at Pioneer Elementary and Chromebook 1:1 at Pioneer Junior High School.
