Global connected learning and creating engaging real world experiences in the classroom is the focus of my 21st century teaching. I currently teach 8th grade Humanities and Mass Media and have been part of a 1:1 school for five years. I have been a teacher and administrator in the Plymouth School Corporation for 23 years. I am a life-long learner and model my passion for learning and technology in my classroom every day. I blog and have engaged my students in the collaborative process of blogging, as well, through self-designed student websites, where they are demonstrating their skills of creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.
