Does using technology cause you (and students) stress? Do students worry too much about high-stakes tests? A mindfulness break can be a great thing to do while waiting for that site to load, or just before a test, as a brain break, or to defuse a tense situation. In my classroom, test scores have gone up since we have been practicing mindfulness. Come find out more, and try it yourself!
